With our modern living style, we often overlook that humans are animals too. As any other animal in the world, we need to keep moving. Exercising is important to staying healthy. 30 minutes of exercise at least 3 times a week is enough to keep your body in healthy shape! Also you should keep in mind of adopting a healthy diet. It is recommended to be eating around 70% of your calories as vegetables (mostly greens), 10-15% cereals and other forms of carbohydrates, and only 10-15% of meat. Most American's diet is about 80% of meats and carbohydrates. Just eat your veggies for a much healthy you!
