 There are many different types of awards for professional Golf players. There is the PGA Player of the Year, which was founded in the year 1948. The PGA Player of the Year is determined by money listing, scoring average, and wins. There are other awards like The Arnold Palmer award, the winner of the Arnold Palmer award is determined by the Golfer with biggest income or money earned for that year. The Arnold Palmer award was founded in the year 1948. One other prestigious award is the Rookie of the Year award. This award is given to the Rookie golfer with the most wins in their Rookie year.
